Our Meet & Greet service allows you to drive directly to your terminal at Manchester Airport. A fully insured professional driver will meet you at the agreed location, complete a brief vehicle inspection, and provide you with a receipt.
Your car will then be driven to our secure parking facility while you head straight into the terminal.
On your return, your vehicle will be delivered back to the terminal, ready for you to collect and continue your journey without delay.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with clear instructions on where to meet your driver.
Meeting points are usually located on the airport forecourts directly outside the terminal doors.
Please ensure you allow enough time to check in and pass through airport security. We recommend arriving 2–3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.
On the day, simply call our driver when you are approximately 20 minutes away from Manchester Airport.
The driver will:
- Confirm your booking details
- Carry out a brief inspection of your vehicle
- Provide you with a receipt
Your vehicle will then be driven to our secure parking facility, located approximately 3 miles from the airport.
We actively monitor all flights, so delays are not an issue.
Once you have landed and collected your luggage, simply give us a call. We’ll already be aware of any delays and will arrange your vehicle accordingly.
If your flight is cancelled or you miss it, please contact us with your revised travel plans. We will update your booking as required.
Providing as much notice as possible helps us ensure your vehicle is ready for collection.
If your return date, time, or terminal changes while you are outside the country, please email us as soon as possible so we can amend your booking.

That’s not a problem. Please ensure your booking details clearly state your departure and arrival terminals so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We operate 24 hours a day and are closed only during the Christmas and New Year period to allow our staff time off.
Your vehicle is stored in our secure parking facility approximately 3 miles from Manchester Airport.
Unfortunately, we do not accept motorbikes.
Yes, we accept minibuses, vans, and other commercial vehicles.
Any vehicle larger than a standard parking bay (approximately 2.4m x 4.8m) is subject to an additional £10 supplement.
Yes, we offer valeting services so your vehicle is clean and ready on your return.
Valeting is not included in the parking price and should be requested from the driver on departure.

Yes, we can collect vehicles from nearby hotels. Many customers choose this option and then use the hotel shuttle service to reach their terminal.
On your return, your vehicle will be delivered to the terminal you arrive at.
All airport drop-off zones operate a barrierless ANPR system (Automatic Number Plate Recognition). A charge applies each time a vehicle enters the airport.
We pre-book the drop-off using your vehicle registration number, so it is essential that the correct registration is provided when booking.
If you receive a parking charge notice relating to drop-off or pick-up, please email a copy to us.
